Incline Cybex Machine Chest Press - 4 x 12, 10, 10, 10 2. Incline Dumbbell Fly - 3 x 10, 10, 10/20 Last Set - Seth Set 3. Flat Bench Barbell Press - 3 x 10, 10, 8 4. Dips - 2 x Failure (Go to failure each set) Posing at the End Posing will push blood into the muscle group you are posing. So to add some intensity to the workout, you can hit some poses in-between sets or in-between exercises. At the End of each workout whether it is in the gym or in the bathroom (wherever you feel most comfortable)....Hit some shots!!!
