Sixty and Me Gentle Yoga series with a focus on neck and shoulders is designed to introduce a series of body movements that together help the joints and the entire body feel stability, alignment, and flexibility. In the 40 minute practice, the teacher Cat Kabira, introduces the basics of Gentle yoga body movements for the joints and the use of props you can find in your home like a blanket, cushions, chair bench, or an exercise strap. You will do the body movements at your own pace. There is no rush, this is your time. This Gentle Yoga course starts by bringing attention to your breath and then with gentle body movements that help you release tension and reconnect with your body.
