Description: Fun skateboarding video! I like to call sitting on a longboard skateboard going downhill: urban luge. It is sunny and warm for about 2 months out of the year here in Washington State, Pacific Northwest, USA. The only time I can wear a tank top and shorts and I love it! On this day, in July, I went on a longboarding journey from North Tacoma to Downtown Tacoma with a couple of my favorite adventure people friends. It was a 3 mile skate downhill one way, where we ended up at the 2019 pride festival! Downhill is the best hill. :) I use my foot brakes a lot which as you can see over the years has worn down my DC skate shoes. I ride a Donald Takayama longboard. Steff (#superbadasschick) rides a Sector 9. And Jake rides a Land Yacht. I'm 42, Steff is 51 and Jake is 30.
