Put pecans (1/2 cup) in food processor and pulse until roughly chopped2. Place 1/4 cup of shredded coconut in a small bowl. Put aside.3. Add remaining ingredients to the food processor. Mix very well.4. Using a tablespoon to measure, spoon out mixture and roll in balls.5. Coat each ball in the 1/4 cup of shredded coconut.6. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.7.
