Description: Summer isn't complete without a mango dessert. And this summer season, I baked one of my favourite mango dessert recipes and film it. I have always loved mango and cream cake as a kid, and I have tried many different recipes. This is by far the best Mango and Cream Cake I have made. The sponge cake is light and fluffy. Once soaked with sugar syrup, it nice and moist. And paired with juicy mangoes and light sweetened whipped cream makes this a match made in heaven. I have been making it since more than 5 years now. I hope you enjoy it as much as me and my family do. Happy Baking! :) Additional notes: * This cake does not need baking powder or baking soda as the air whipped in the egg whites helps it rise. * I highly recommend sifting the flour two to three times to make it easier to fold it in the egg mixture without any lumps. * Make sure to use a very big bowl (metal or glass) to whip the egg whites as it is difficult to mix batter in a smaller bowl and it may cause the batter to spill out. #MangoCake #MangoCreamCake #MangoandCreamCake Ingredients: For Cake: • 115 g all purpose flour (To buy online: amzn.to/2QYfadB ) • 15 g cornflour (To buy online: amzn.to/3yKskfl ) (Note: Flour and cornflour can be together substituted with 130 g cake flour.)
