After reading a Dexerto article where Aceu gave some suggestions on ranking up, I tried to take at least one of them on board. 3 stacking wasn't an option as I wanted to know that other players weren't carrying me across the finish line, so it had to be solo queue. Sadly, as you will see - fate isn't without a sense of irony, but we're big on proving things to ourselves on this channel. Our Legends today are Bloodhound and Pathfinder, and editing this episode was a bit tougher as the ranked battles on Olympus are more about timing and precision than action packed clips that can be bunched together. There was a huge amount of tension and I finally understood the reason they call the games "sweaty"! Ranking up to Diamond in solo queue is something that I have been on a rollercoaster of emotions with, because I wanted to quit so many times when the randos dropped hot and left me 1v3 in the first fight for -36 RP. But I think Diamond is achieveable for anyone with an evolving awareness of their positioning, and the ability to learn from their previous decisions.
