It is inevitable in your professional auto detailing business that you are going to get paint correction customers who want you to do a job under a certain price point. Here, we talk about how to deal with these customers: Firstly, it is important to understand that your professional auto detailing customers do not understand (most of the time) the nuanced differences that we as professional auto detailers understand with paint correction. Whether the vehicle undergoes a single stage or two stage correction the customer often sees the same thing. This is why we talk so much about single stage corrections on this channel. Secondly, here I break down the exact tools and products that I use in order to accomplish a two stage correction in a single stage. Often detailers think: If I am going to do a two stage correction, then that means I will have to do a two stage paint correction on EVERY SINGLE area of the car! This is simply not true. Here I show exactly how I do a two stage paint correction in SOME areas and not in other areas in order to stay under the price point that the customer is going after. Finally we talk about how to communicate paint correction and paint correction prices with customers. Most detailers approach customers with some word vomit that turns potential customers away. Detailers go through the entire paint correction process, explaining all of the details that customers are not interested in and do not understand. In the last part of this video I break down why it is so important to attach the END paint correction result with the price as you are communicating paint correction with the customer. If you are in the paint correction and ceramic coating business, this is for you!
