Description: In 1975 The Three Degrees (line up: Sheila Ferguson, Fayette Pinkney and Valerie Holiday) recorded 'La chanson populaire'. A song written by Nicolas Skorsky and Jean-Pierre Bourtayre. The song was released in France and - surprisingly - in Japan. It was a hit in Japan. I took the single version and the instrumental track to create an extended edit. For the video I used footage from Japan (keep in mind the footage I used was recorded 43 years ago). The footage is from a live show, since I used the studio recording to make my extended edit, I had to edit the video a bit to synchronize the lipps. NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT INTENDED!
