Description: AD This is by far my favourite side dish I've ever made, pair this with some sticky rice and teriyaki salmon or chicken and you've got the perfect flavour explosion. Tenderstem® broccoli is by far the most versatile of the brassicas and once charred gives off a unique nutty flavour. I use a wide pan on this recipe to use the large surface area to create colour, texture and flavour on the Tenderstem® broccoli. It tastes amazing, looks amazing and is so easy to cook, but looks like a special occasion or restaurant dish. If you try this dish, please comment down below with your thoughts. Recipe Ingredients 1 x 350g pack of Tenderstem® broccoli 2 x tsp oil (sesame or vegetable) Satay sauce 1 x small red Thai chilli 2 x limes 2 x tbsp honey 1 x tbsp sesame oil 4 x tbsp sweet chilli 1 x tbsp crunchy peanut butter 3 x tbsp sesame oil 5 x bunch coriander 2 x cloves garlic 5g fresh ginger Toppings 50g chopped peanuts 5 x sprigs coriander Finely chopped red chilli Add all the sauce ingredients to a blend and blitz. Add the oil to a hot frying pan and add the Tenderstem® broccoli. Keep the Tenderstem® broccoli moving on all sides to cook it throughout. Cook for 4-5 mins depending on how crunchy you would like it. Add the sauce ingredients to a sauce pan along with a little water to thin the sauce. Once this is bubbling hot add the sauce to a serving plate and top with the Tenderstem® broccoli. Finish with chopped nuts, red chilli and coriander.
