Description: Full video of the Pumpkintown, SC area tornado intercept in very complex terrain yesterday (May 6, 2022) with a supercell riding the edge of the Blue Ridge Escarpment. This area is a mini "tornado alley" in South Carolina, with an EF3 hitting Pumpkintown, SC a few years ago. My mom and I conducted a damage survey today and found a likely tornado damage path north of Pickens, SC. We are awaiting the official NWS damage survey scheduled for Monday. Never stop chasing.
