Description: This is a "Hands Free" liner installer I invented for Incinolet Electric Toilets, normally you reach into a dirty toilet and spread a new liner out hoping that you don't touch the sides or slip! With this device you just slide the spreader into box of new liners, push the thumb button to grab the edge of a new liner and pull it up from the box, then use the liner installer to place the new liner into the toilet, pull the spreader handle and release then remove the device and your done!
