Chop cauliflower into small, bite-sized pieces, then boil/steam for 2-3 minutes. 2. Let the cauliflower cool down (or speed up the process by running it through cold water), then combine with other ingredients. REFRIED BEANS RECIPE 1 large bowl of pinto beans 5-6 yellow chili peppers (diced) 2 tomatoes (diced) 2 garlic cloves 1/4 onion (diced) 1/2 - 1 cup of corn oil (any oil works) 1. Add oil to a deep pan on high heat. Let it get hot for a few minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when you throw a piece of onion in the oil and it starts sizzling! 2. Once the oil is ready, add the onion and garlic first. Cook for 1 minute. 3. Add yellow chili peppers, then cook for 2-3 minutes. 4. Add diced tomato, then cook for 3-4 minutes. 5. Finally, add the beans. Cook for 4-5 minutes and then mash with a potato masher or cup. 6.
