Description: What is life like after mankind? Being the only people on a private island for 24 hours might help answer that question. In the summer of 2020, we squatted in the ruins of this age-old castle somewhere in Italy. Man left long ago, and nature has been recovering for more than a decade already. Here we wanted to find out what it feels like to be the last people on earth. In the first part of today's episode, we will show you how we got on the island, which admittedly, is not completely uninhabited. You will also follow us taking the difficult path to the former monastery, where we set up camp for the night. In the second half of the urbex video, we are exploring the island by daylight. We find out why people left and discover this place's history. Even though the ruin is falling apart today, it is still a multi-million Euro property international investors are interested in. But it also feels like our very own paradise!
