So today we are going over how fabulous your breasts are, no matter their shape and size !! & how to give a self breast exam monthly. Every month at the same time of the month you want to do this. You first want to start by standing up and looking at your breasts in the mirror. Look for dimpling, bulging or Pickering of the skin. Next you want to raise your arms above your head so you can see the underneath of your breasts. Next either standing or laying down go around your breast tissue with 3 fingers. Be sure to include your collarbone & armpit area as well! See how your breast tissue feels and then in the future you will notice if it’s different! This is truly so important to do MONTHLY and literally life saving for many 💕 have you been affected by breast cancer? I have 2 people in my life to overcome breast cancer and they are truly heroes.
