Description: Starting out with my Zebrawood Tele style DIY kit from Bad Cat Instruments, I decided I would take the time to fix everything I hate about the boring old telecaster design. This kit was definitely worth building, but I wasn't super excited to have another plain tele, so I decided to convert it to a Nashville Tele design (tele/strat hybrid) for more tonal options, as well as added comfort carves to save some weight and make this thing more comfortable to play. Lastly, I experiment with some dyes, stains, and finishes to see what this Bakelite zebra wood alternative can handle. The results are pretty stinking good!
