Halloween might be different this year but it's still a *massive deal* so I thought it would be fun to take a lil deep dive into #MeanGirls the musical with a tutorial on Regina George's halloween look. It's one of my favorite costumes and moments in the show, AND it's one of the most iconic halloween parties onscreen/onstage!
