Description: About 200 KG live weight full cow processing & cooking delicious beef tehari for 600+ village people with @Dodo Explorers from Romania. They came to visit youtube village and for that reason we arranged big program with full cow meat. We have bought 100 KG pulao rice to cook tehari with beef meat. Dodo Explorer guy was with us for full day and they enjoy our cooking program. First some boys from village help to processing full cow and cutting the cow into small small pieces beef meat. Then ladies clean the meat with pure drinking water and also they prepared huge masala to cook beef tehari. Then they added all kind of spice ingredient with the meat and started cooking. After finish cooking beef kosha curry, ladies preparing pulao rice and then mixing up the rice and beef curry. After finish cooking ladies serve the food to whole village people.
