Description: Our next release is an arrangement of Dvorak's "Tempo di Valse" from one of his most popular and charming orchestral works, Serenade for Strings. The unusual modulations and 5-measure asymmetrical phrases are reminiscent of eastern and central European folk tunes that are commonly found in Dvorak's works. It is in the key of C# minor which is uncommon for the classical guitar repertoire, although the efficiency of the arrangement makes it a breeze to perform without losing the spirit of the original orchestral version.
