For more yummy recipes visit: youtube.com/c/sreenathrecipes facebook.com/SreenathRecipes sreenathrecipes.blogspot.in twitter.com/malluadukkala in.pinterest.com/sreenathrecipes Ingredients Cubed capsicum /bell pepper – 2 Cubed onion – 2 Finely chopped onion – 2 Finely chopped tomato – 2 Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp Red chilli powder – 3 tsp Coriander powder – 1½ tsp Garam masala powder – 1 tsp Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Jeera / cumin seeds – 1 tsp Saunf/fennel seeds – 1 tsp Sugar – ½ tsp Curd – ½ cup Finely chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsp Water – ½ cup Coconut oil – 3 tbsp Salt – to taste Process 1. Heat 1 tbsp of coconut oil in a thick bottomed pan over medium flame 2. Add 2 cubed capsicum and 2 cubed onion 3. Sauté this for 2 minutes. Take it out and keep aside 4. In the same pan add 2 tbsp of coconut oil 5. Now add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of fennel seeds, 2 finely chopped onion and a little salt. 6. Sauté this till the onion becomes light brown 7. Now add 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste 8. Sauté this for 2 minutes 9. Now add ½ tsp of turmeric powder,3 tsp of red chilli powder,1 tsp of garam masala powder and 1½ tsp of coriander powder 10. Sauté this for a few seconds and add 2 finely chopped tomatoes and a little salt 11. Mix well and cook till the tomatoes become soft 12. Now add ½ cup of curd and ½ tsp of sugar and mix well 13. Add ½ cup of water and allow it to boil 14. Now add the capsicum and onion 15. Stir well and place the lid 16. Cook this for 5 minutes over medium flame 17. Stir occasionally 18. Now add 2 tbsp of finely chopped coriander leaves 19. Mix well and turn off the flame 20. This will go well with chapati, idli and dosa
