Our goal is to triple our impact by 2030! We measure impact in four ways: communities served, people empowered, progress made, and lives improved. In 2021, we empowered people in under-served regions of the world by supporting 463,025 jobs with nearly 3 million lives improved in sourcing communities. We donated 2.3 million dollars to improve the health, safety, and self-reliance of the people in sourcing communities. We improved lives and reduced human suffering in 2021 with 14.5 million dollars donated to global humanitarian projects, including providing relief to more than half a million individuals impacted by COVID-19. We opened the Sanaag Speciality hospital in rural Somaliland providing healthcare access to more than 600,000 people and raised 2.5 million dollars to fund the hospital operations for the next five years. In 2021, we received a 2021 SEAL Environmental Initiatives Award and continued our work protecting and restoring native forests in Hawaii. But all this is just a snippet.
