Description: In this video I share how you can crochet the word gratitude with my unique methods and make a stunning clock or cushion. Abbreviations are C = chain, X = single crochet, + = half double crochet, I = double crochet and _ = slip stitch if in US or C= chain, X = double crochet, + = half treble crochet, I = treble crochet and _ = single crochet if in UK. Pattern is row 1, CCCC CCCC C, XX, +++, III row 2, CC III +++ XX row 3, C XX III repeat row 2, repeat row 3 till you have 48 rows. Join with 8 _ to fill in the middle, round 1, work X in each stitch _ to join Round 2, join on new colour, CC, skip 1, + around and join with _ Round 3, 4 are same as round 2. You will end up with 6 stitches in the last round. Make two pieces and join to make cushion or make one piece for the clock. Edging is _ CC _ around. If you use my abbreviations like a jigsaw, the first row makes the word gratitude.
