Album: Age of Wonders Year: 2016 Copyright © BrunuhVille My new album "Age of Wonders" is finally here! Thank you all so much for the support that allows me to keep coming with new music over the years. I just want to talk about something really quick and be completely honest with all of you about this album and what it means to me personally and professionally. "Age of Wonders" has some of the best music I've done since I started composing music and I'm really happy with some of the songs in this album such as "The Realm of the Fallen King", "Wolfborn" and "Spirit of the Wild". I think that those 3 songs are masterpieces compared to most of my work in general. As you guys might have read some time back I had some issues with my hard drive which contained pretty much 80% of this album's projects. I've lost pretty much everything when the album was almost done and most of the stuff was irrecoverable. The main projects and raw files of half of these songs were gone. As a result of that there are a couple of songs in the album such as "Darkest Night" and "Herald of Justice" which I am not really happy with. The way they sound is not perfect and I am not happy with the final product that you will listen in the album. Some of you will notice more than others, depending on how trained your ears are . Probably most of the people will never notice anything unusual but a lot of you are music and sound nerds like myself and you will notice some quality issues on said tracks. Now, I did the absolutely best I could with the files I was able to recover to make the best sound I could possibly achieve. Was that enough for the nowadays music standards? No, not close. Truth is that my music was always like this in some way which is a result of a non trained musician/composer in the arts of mixing and mastering. It's a fairly new world to me and if you guys listen to my older albums there was no sound treatment whatsoever. I make music as passion because it's what I really like to do and I couldn't see myself doing anything else. I don't make music to be the absolute best at it or to make the best sounding music in the market although I am very perfectionist with my music and it's depressing to me when I am "forced" to sell a product to people which I don't like 100%, but there was nothing else I could do. Despite not being the best nor having the best sounding music I still appreciate and am thankful to everyone who supports my work either by buying my songs or just by coming on Youtube and watch my videos . It's thanks to you that I can still make music and keep coming up with new stuff every month and new albums every year or so. Just to finish, the album is free to stream on Bandcamp if you feel like not buying it or if you want to take a listen before buying it. It will also be available to stream on Spotify as soon as they decide upload it . You can also buy the songs individually as always except for "The Realm of the Fallen King".
