Description: Hello Everyone, For those of you who missed the Steve Harvey Show, here is the segment of the three of us-Mimi, Linda and yours truly. The show was structured so that each of us gave different tips for anti-aging; therefore Mimi addressed the raw, Linda the exercise, and I the juicing. It was an honor to share the stage with these lovely-spirited women who have the same goal as I, which is to spread the word that although aging is inevitable, we are able to maintain a psychological, physiological, and spiritual soundness, consequently, promoting optimum health.
