Strawberry Sauce: Put strawberries in a bowl and mash them, then add sugar and lemon juice and mix. Store at room temperature until the sugar dissolves, about 1 hour. 2. Prepare 2-3 strawberries by cutting them in half without cutting the stems. Chop the rest of the strawberries. 3. Mascarpone Cream : Lightly mix room temperature mascarpone cheese with a spatula. 4. Add sugar to the whipped cream and whip about 80% with a hand mixer. 5. Add 1/3 of whipped cream to mascarpone cheese and mix lightly with a spatula. Add the rest of the whipped cream and mix evenly. Prepare the finished cream by putting it in a piping bag. 6. Spread about 2 tablespoons of strawberry sauce in a container, and put 2 ladyfingers on top. On top of that, put strawberry sauce and put chopped strawberries. Squeeze the mascarpone cream on top and clean the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. 7.
