Click here to subscribe, it's free! bit.ly/2ynuS5I I N S T A G R A M: instagram.com/riannstar Pumpkin Bar Recipe (I adapted it from a few recipes): Bars 4 eggs 1 cup oil 16 ounce can pumpkin 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 ⅔ cup sugar 2 cups flour 2 teaspoons cinnamon 2 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt Preheat oven to 350 ºF. (175 ºC) Mix eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin until light and fluffy. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Mix ingredients. Spread in an ungreased baking pan. Bake at 350 ºF for 25-30 minutes. Frosting 1 teaspoon almond extract ½ teaspoon vanilla extract 8 ounces cream cheese ¼ cup butter (softened) ½ 1 lb bag of powdered sugar Beat ingredients together in small bowl until smooth. Spread over bars. Enjoy!
