Description: SUBSCRIBE HERE: youtube.com/inthekitchenwithjonnyj Instagram: instagram.com/kaanell0 Ingredients One 9 “ pie crust Filling 6-8 apples, peeled, core removed, and thinly sliced 1/3 cup white sugar 1/3 cup light brown sugar 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 2 tsp ground cinnamon 2 tsp vanilla extract Half lemon, squeezed Topping 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup light brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 8 Tbsp cold butter, cut into small cubes Instructions 1. preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Fit pie crust into pie plate. Keep in the fridge/freezer while you prepare the apple filling. 3. In a large bowl, mix sliced apples, lemon juice, both sugars, flour, cinnamon, and vanilla. Set aside. 4. In a medium bowl, with a pastry blender or a fork, mix flour, both sugars, and butter until coarsely crumbled. 5. Pile apple filling into crust evenly, leaving behind most of the liquid. 6. Sprinkle topping evenly over apples. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Allow cooling completely before cutting into it. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
