Find the halfway point between the top and bottom of the shirt. Pinch the shirt at the shoulder and the halfway point, about six inches from the inner seam. Swing your left arm under your right (don’t let go!) and pinch the bottom of the shirt. Your left hand should now be pinching both the bottom and the shoulder. Hold tight with both hands, and lift the shirt while uncrossing your arms. Tuck the left sleeve under the shirt when you lay it down, completing the fold.
