Description: Welcome to a Birthday Balloon Decoration tutorial featuring a lovely rose 🌹 theme and a unique Mylar number attachment method. I used Qualatex Chrome balloons to make the roses so they would match the metallic aesthetic of the Mylar number. SUPPLIES: •1X 34” MYLAR NUMBER BALLOON (2, 3, 5, 6, 8, or 9) •8X 11” ROUNDS (I used Green Rainbow Super Agate) •11X TWISTING BALLOONS (4X Red + 7X Green) •CURLING RIBBON •PUMP (I use a Qualatex Dual-Action Hand Inflator.
