So for the next four years, he aggressively pressured his patients to get unnecessary crown procedures. Then, when they agreed, he deliberately broke their teeth with a drill, charging them to get it fixed. And afterward sending the X-ray to insurance companies as if the teeth were broken before the patient arrived. Repeating this thousands of times and raking in millions.
