After heavy rain on Saturday, June 28, 2014, the eleven-story under-construction building at Moulivakkam in the suburb of Chennai, Tamil Nadu collapsed, killing 61 people, mostly construction workers. We have been investigating this case by means of computer simulation to show side by side the differing outcomes of collapse simulations that represent the opposing theories.
