Description: Mnpctech's Bill and J talk about current return and exchange scam that's happening with AMAZON WAREHOUSE orders. J ordered three different RTX 2080 TI video cards and none of them were legit. Amazon needs to seriously re-evaluate their Returns system for checking expensive video cards and manufacturers need to start engraving serial numbers on their cards. The Scammers are buying new RTX 2080 TI gpus from Amazon. They receive the 2080 TI and Request a Return for Refund. Then they swap the labels from the NEW RTX 2080 TI to their old card that looks identical to the RTX 2080 Ti. They send their OLD card in the RTX packaging. Amazon’s Return Center opens box and just visually inspects it, “Hmm, it looks like 2080 Ti to me” ….and the Scammer walks away with new RTX, because they were Refunded for a "Amazon Return Scam” We as customers, are being “unintentional” scammed by Amazon, when we order a "Used" RTX 20180 Ti card from their warehouse. This scam has probably been done with past video card releases. We now wonder how Amazon handles these scams. These customers have committed over $1,000 valued GRAND THEFT over state lines. Does Amazon send local law enforcement officers to their homes? Do these Amazon Scammers eventually get arrested by the Police andf goto jail? The person who originally returned the GTX 1080 card you opened in your video, unless he swapped out the labels, he could just say “I made a simple mistake and sent the wrong card.” Because swapping labels shows intent to fool the Amazon Return Center. Questions for Am azon and GPU manufacturers? What category are these listed under? Did you hear this was happening? These RTX 2080 Ti cards were purchased Amazon direct (fulfillment center) (or PRIME) #ripoff #amazon #rtx2080
