I wanted to capture the freedom that I experience when I sit down at a piano, so I pressed record, played over 100 improvisations, and picked the best 4. I also wanted to go with one of the themes we originally talked about, which was "music you can fall asleep to". So all the songs on this album are pretty quiet and relaxing, hopefully easy to fall asleep to :).
