Description: In this video I explain how to look after your Christmas/ Thanksgiving Cactus (Schlumbergera) after it has finished flowering. Although Christmas cacti and Thanksgiving cacti look very similar and have similar growing conditions they do have slightly different preferences when it comes to light levels and temperatures. Giving each plant a winter rest period after it has finished flowering is important as without it, next years flower display may be diminished. In this video I explain what temperature, light and watering requirements the plants have during their winter rest and summer growing season.
