Description: Commercial and residential construction are very different from each other. One would think that they would be very similar, but that can't be further from the truth. Commercial construction requires a LOT of permits, and although I'm not against permits, I'm against the delays caused by such permits and the inspectors doing the inspections. Of course, for inspector to cause delays, he/she would first need to be sent out by the city, which has proven to be a challenge of its own. Thanks for watching.
