Description: Android 19 shown as a playable character in Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 (Mod). C-19 was a one of the few characters who was really missing in this game : Because Android 19 wasn't in the roster, Goku had only one match to play in the Cell Saga during the story mod, so just after his fight against Freezer, his next match was Cell Final form. Same for Vegeta, his story mode would really have been better if Android 19 has be included. So here is a mod which shows Android C-19 as a playable character in Budokai 3.
