Description: These super easy, soft peanut butter cookies with just the right balance of salty and sweet are sure to please! Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup butter 1 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg 3/4 tsp baking powder Recipe- 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Sift flour and baking powder then whisk to combine. 3. Cream butter and sugars in a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. 4. Add peanut butter and mix until incorporated. 5. Mix in egg and vanilla extract then add flour mixture and beat until incorporated. 6. Roll dough into one-inch balls and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 7. Flatten cookies with a fork in a criss-cross patttern. 8. Bake cookies for about 10 minutes. 9. Allow cookies to cool completely on baking sheet.
