Description: In this video we will show how to create a digital signature in Word. The tutorial will show to how to create a digital signature in Word for official use of the documents. The same process works in Office 365, Word 2016 and Word 2019. Here are the steps: Step 1: Open the document and insert a new line. Start Word and open the document where you want to insert the new signature. Navigate to the document area where you want to insert a signature and simply add a new line by pressing Enter. Step 2: Insert the Signature. Click on the Insert Tab, and Select Signature line and enter the information you prefer and click OK.
