Add beef and cook over med-high heat, cook 3-5 minutes, stirring often. Add salt, black pepper, and bell peppers, Continue cooking for 8 minutes, stirring constantly to keep it from burning the bottom of the pan. Add onions, beef stock and cooked rice. Cook, stirring for about 2 minutes or more.
