Description: Hi guys I hope you like my new DIY dress This is the way I measured: I measured 5" from my neck then I multiplied it by 2 to get 10". I ended up getting a size XL, so my advice is if you want to sew a size large you make it 4*2=8". For a Medium (M) I would suggest (3*2)=6". Please this is not a standard or anything this is just numbers that I came up with based on my observations so please take them with a grain of salt and be willing to make adjustments where you can.
