Description: Snapchat has a new feature called My Places that helps you find and save places you’ve been to and places you want to visit on the Snapchat Map. Watch this video to learn how to use Snapchat Places! #SnapchatPlaces #SnapchatMyPlaces To get to the My Places feature, first go to the Maps tab. Then select Places. Here you’ll be shown Places around your current location, including popularly tagged locations, places you’ve favourited, and places you’ve tagged as your location in past snaps. To explore places in another city, move the map to the area you’d like to look at, then tap Search This Area. Check out the Popular tab to see places that are commonly tagged in Snaps. Tap the heart icon to save one of these places to your Favourites. Tap the name of a place to learn more about it, including address, hours, contact information, and reviews from TripAdvisor, if applicable. Some places will have a public Snapchat Story showing snaps tagged at that location. Check out the story to see what it’s like. Tap the heart icon to add this place to your Favourites list. Tap the arrows to get directions to this place. To share this place with a friend, tap Send. Select a friend to send it to, then tap the arrow to send it.
