Description: Hi fam :) I want to share with you all a 30 DAY RESET that I have just completed. After completing a 90-day no-sugar reset last year that helped me to drastically reduce inflammation in my body and shed 30 lbs in 90 days, I was inspired to do another 30 days and share my results. This reset has helped to remove stubborn body fat, and has aided in the tightening and clearing of my skin. I am not a doctor, I am not a personal trainer, nor a fitness professional. I received my information through personal study, as well as through studying Dr. Berg and Thomas DeLauer. I was intrigued by the sugar conversation first 7 years ago after watching Robert H. This is not a diet. It is a way to reset and then get back to your best self with a new mindset towards eating. Unless you WANT TO MAKE IT YOUR DIET. Then go for it. But if you don't, just try it as a reset. Eat what you love. Food should not be a chore nor something we should be over-stressed about it. i believe it is when we address these conversations that we can be honest about which foods we eat that will help us and those that do not. Through overall limiting of sugar in the body you can make a change. I have seen it in my personal experience. This is one video of many that I hope to share with you on my wellness journey.
