Top seed Michael Jason David and qualifier Svarmanyu Singh of Maharashtra advanced into Quarterfinals in the Boys singles. Michael Jason defeated Fateh Singh of Haryana in straight sets 6-2, 6-4. In the another Pre-Quarterfinal match qualifier Svarmanyu Singh of Maharashtra upset 7th seed Aniket Srivastava in a 3 setter deciding match 3-6, 7-6, 6-4. After 1st set down Singh came back strongly, in the 2nd set Singh won the 2nd set in tie break 7-1. In the final set both players played high quality tennis, finally Svarmanyu won the final set and match 6-4. 4th seed Aryan Arora and Harsh Fogaat also advanced into Quarterfinals. In the Girls singles Pre-Quarterfinals 2nd seed Riya Kaushik and Harnoor Kaur Sidhu moved into Quarterfinals. 2nd seed Riya Kaushik beat Vanya Arora in a 3 setter match 7-5, 2-6, 6-2. Top seed Harnoor Kaur Sidhu won from Anusha Verma 6-1, 6-0 in straight sets. Top seed Michael Jason David and his partner Aryan Arora beat Aryan Chauhan and Svarmanyu Singh 6-3, 6-2 in the Boys doubles Quarterfinals match. Bhavya Singhmar and Aditya Chauhan also advanced into Semifinals in Boys doubles In the Girls doubles Quarterfinals Isheeta Midha and her partner Gursimrat Kaur beat Anandi Pravinkumar Bhutada and Jannat Dudeja 6-2, 1-6, 10-5. The Boys and Girls singles Quarterfinals and doubles Semifinals matches will be played at CLTA Complex, Tennis Stadium, Sector 10C, Chandigarh from 09:30 A.M. onwards on Wednesday, the 2nd February, 2022.
