Description: Patch Y5 S4.3 has been rushed onto the live servers in a desperate move to fix the loadout reset bug but as a consequence, none of the changes have had the chance to be tested properly. The update to Kali's CSRX 300 sniper rifle (removing the 1-shot-dbno mechanic and increasing the base damage to 122) had already been flagged as a questionable move that might make her borderline unplayable and now for better or for worse, that change is on the live servers. In this video, I will be breaking down the damage stats to explore why exactly the new change is so bad for Kali but that's not all. During my tests I discovered a major issue with the damage multiplier stacking for the CSRX that results in highly unreliable damage output. In short: the CSRX damage model is completely broken and even if it worked as intended, it's a terrible change for Kali players anyway.
