Add ghee and mix nicely. Now prepare a tight dough using water, Do not over knead. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, prepare small balls from the dough, now roll them on a fork for making texture. Prepare all the khajur in the same way. Heat oil for 6-7 minutes on low flame. Add prepared maida khajur in oil, Do not touch them immediately, and fry on low flame till they become golden brown in colour. Do not touch them immediately. Take them out from oil and let them cool for 30 minutes. Crispy khajur is ready, store and enjoy for a month.
