Description: Sorry for the unplanned hiatus! Had a really good holiday vacation :) We're making super easy, super quick, Korean Tacos today! I've had this recently and it was sooo gooood. They were served in mini tacos but I couldn't find any; however the regular-sized ones worked out fine, too! We're using store-bought ingredients too which makes it so much easier! Let's get to it! Beef/Lamb (whichever you prefer, thinly sliced) Bulgogi marinade (use your favourite brand) Kimchi (use your favourite kind) Sprouts (also, use your favourite kind!) Taco shells Mayonnaise For garnish - Chives, chopped Sesame seeds, roasted Allow the meat slices to marinade in the bulgogi sauce. Honestly, just 30min is fine especially if the meat is really thinly sliced :) Reheat your taco shells in the oven according to package instructions. This will make the corn shells way crispier. Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water for a good 1-1.5 min. If you're using the younger ones, just take it out sooner and test for crispness. Drain it afterwards and run cold water through it to cool it down. Heat a stainless steel pan on medium-high heat and put in your marinated meat. Expect the sauce to burn and smoke up so have your exhaust turned on. If you cook at a lower heat, it won't burn as much and would be good too, but if you slightly burn it up though then you get some smokey/grilled taste even though you're only using a pan :) Cook the meat until full cooked and the marinade has reduced to close to nothing. Just clean the pan afterwards by boiling water in it, easy peasy! I arranged my taco this way: A layer of sprouts, topped with the meat, then a layer of kimchi, followed by a streak of mayonnaise :) Then sprinkle chopped chives and roasted sesame seeds. Done! Eat 3 in one sitting! :) Enjoy! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Like the plate(s) I used?
