Description: Laminated Cedar Spiral Lamp from Two 2x4's This project was prompted by the #two2x4challenge put on by the guys at the Modern Maker Podcast. modernmakerpodcast.com I wanted to create a piece that completely removed any evidence that it was made form 2x4’s. I also wanted to try an experiment with rubber bands and a cardboard concrete form for the lamination process. I’ve often wondered if it would work and this was my opportunity to find out.
