In this video, I talk about a survey that NASA commissioned to design a creativity test to help decide who to hire to work on the Moon Landing project. They wanted only the most innovative thinkers – or “creative geniuses.” The surprise was that young children scored higher than adults - but lost their creative 'genius' once they started school.
