For more recipes, visit: alingodays.co.uk Ingredients: 1 kg. Spareribs, cut individually 1/4 kg. Pork Liver, boiled and pureed 1 cup Tomato Sauce 2 cups Pork Broth 2 pcs. Onion, chopped 4 - 5 cloves garlic, minced 1 pc. Tomato, sliced 2 - 3 tbsp. Soy sauce (adjust according to your taste) 1/2 tsp. Pepper 1 can small Liver spread 1/2 cup Pitted Olives (or more) 1/2 grated Cheddar Cheese (or more) 1 pc. Bell pepper sliced into strips Oil for sautéing 1 tbsp.
