I wanted to see if I took on 60 days of strength training, if I could compete with my brother and see if I could outlift him in a series of 4 exercises. I also show the before and after of my strength training journey as well as the strength training workouts and diet that helped me put on muscle and get stronger. I am still a beginner lifter and am a novice to strength training, but I really enjoyed this challenge. Over my 60 days I took on a beginner strength training workout and really enjoyed my experience with this strength challenge. I was able to see some noticeable gains in my squat, deadlift, pullups and bench press, and overall I felt like I really got stronger from my full body strength training. 00:00 - Opening 01:27 - Test #1 02:29 - I Need Help 03:24 - Week 1 05:02 - Soreness 6:20 - CoPilot 7:57 - Weeks 2-4 8:42 - Halfway 9:06 - Month 2 10:27 - The Final Test 14:08 - My Results Have a great week guys!
