Description: I hope you will enjoy this portrait demonstration! You'll also see how I select reference photos and how I manipulate them to create a composition that is pleasing and challenging. I love painting my niece Eve. I've put her in several of my studio paintings so far, and I'm sure I'll continue to paint her sweet face again and again throughout her life. The first few days of a portrait are usually the most exciting to watch, and the rest of this painting is going to took an additional 24 hours to finish. So I've spared you from watching the boring stuff like wrapping paper and carpeting.
